Prevent-TRO, d.o.o. is a company with a long tradition in the production of wood-work tools, industrial cutting implements and carbides.

We are well aware that past successes do not guarantee future performances; that is why we strive for constant development and improvement of all our processes. Our aim is to satisfy our customers so that they return to us. Ensuring high-quality products and environmental protection inside and outside the company are also our objectives.

This Quality policy sets the following objectives for the company:

• strengthen the market success of the company and establish the company as a top class supplier of products with high added value using planned development and dedicated strategy,
• build a cooperative relationship based on team work with the customers with reliable and timely deliveries, high product quality and appropriate prices,
• safeguard and perfect high quality of products by constant improvement of all processes which effect the end product,
• work towards a secure and healthy work environment and reduce negative impacts on the larger surroundings,
• acquire and select such service providers and suppliers which have a high quality and environment protection standard,
• ensure further training and motivation of all employees, pay them accordingly and encourage core values such as trust, reliability, teamwork, efficiency and innovative ability.

It is not only the management and specific departments which are responsible for quality. All employees of the company must bear the responsibility for it.
